Dive Mask
Keeping your dive mask in good shape is important. Included
here are a few things you can do to make sure the mask stays in good
shape.
• Rinse after diving – Always rinse your mask in fresh
water after diving. This will clean out any sand or grit that has gotten
in the mask. It will also clear any salty residue.
• Dry the dive mask – Unless you want some bacteria or
fungus to start growing on the mask, it is wise to dry it before it
is stored. Failing to dry it could also lead to unpleasant odors.
• Don’t keep in direct sunlight – Too much sunlight
should be avoided as it may cause the silicone on the dive mask to degrade.
